Farmer has to submit two main documents to concerned Horticulture officer along with applicant details
- Affidavit stating that you are the owner of land
- Detailed project plan and cost estimates and this need to be signed by government approved civil engineer
- Applicant Pattadar Passbook
- Latest 1B - This you will get in Mee seva office
- Aadhar card of the applicant
- Bank account of the applicant
- Passport size photos - 3 nos
I am attaching both of the documents . I received both documents from our HO. Made minor modifications and created this as a template
In the affidavit document , You need to write your name, and address and land details. I marked them in yellow colour for your easy reference. You can add your details and get this sign from notary with stamp
Pack House Annexure document needs to be signed by government approved civil engineer along with his seal. I got the sign from Sudarshan Reddy from Madana Palli. His office is near Burma street.
Before taking final printout , Make sure you get the final document review by your Horticulture officer
